Our goal is to extend the life of your current system as long as possible. Of course if you are ready to replace you central air conditioning system we have many high efficient air conditioning systems to meet your specific needs.

Do you provide attic insulation and ventilation?
Yes, we also provide radiant barrier. Our company specializes in optimizing your attic space to save you the most money in monthly energy costs.
My house isn't cold enough, do I need a bigger AC unit?
This is one of the biggest myths in the air conditioning industry, mainly due to other companies constantly trying to convince customers to upgrade their systems to bigger units just so they can make more money. Some people may need larger systems, but bigger is not always better. There is a very simple way to determine the approximate "ton" of AC unit you need in your home. The formula is
One ton per every 500 square feet. If you have an energy efficient home however, then the formula becomes One ton per every 700 square feet. So if you have a 1,500 sq ft home then in most cases you need a 3 ton system.
It must be said that this formula works in most cases, but not all cases. Depending on the layout of your home along with other environmental factors you may need a larger unit or you may even need a smaller one. Only a certified professional can accurately assess your personal needs. Here at Indoor Air Quality Experts we strive to give you the system that is just right for you and your family.
Can I replace only part of my AC system?
At some point every homeowner will have to ask themselves this question: Do I repair my system or do I replace it? The average HVAC system has a life-span between 8 and 12 years, so every ten years or so it may be necessary to replace your entire system. If your system is having problems our qualified technicians can help you make an informed decision when it comes to replacement or repair. We strive to make sure that our customers know which option will save them the most money over time.
What brand of AC units do you install?
We install all trustworthy brands. What is important however is not the brand name, but making sure you get the system that is just right for your home. We will install the system that best fits your needs financially and mechanically.
Does duct cleaning work?
If you have a case of the "dirty ducts", then in most situations a duct cleaning can help your system perform better at this moment. If your duct work gets dirty once, then it will get dirty again and again and again. The most cost-effective solution is to make sure your air is filtrated before it gets into the duct work. This will keep your duct work cleaner and therefore more effective over a much longer period of time. We highly recommended a good filtration system to help extend the life of your system and save you the most money over time.
